Static Large Diameter Triaxial Testing Device

The large-scale triaxial testing systems are customized construction systems configured based on the testing requirements of the customer. These systems are used to perform static tests on specimens with large particle sizes, such as dam ballast, railway ballast, and gravels.

The loading frame is servo-hydraulic and can apply up to 1000 kN load on samples with a diameter of up to 600 mm. (An ultra-large triaxial system is available on request for sample sizes up to 1000 mm.)

The wide column spacing enables accommodation of large cells, even with environmental chambers and furnaces. The load frame features a pneumatic sliding system, which allows easy movement of the triaxial cell out of the loading area, making test setup handling easier for the operator.

The powerful multifunctional GEOsys software supports all test procedures, providing easy access to all testing sessions.
